This policy explains what Vigil (operated by Axis Creative LLC) collects and how we use it. By using vigildrop.com you agree to the practices described here. This is a starting policy, not legal advice — have counsel review it before relying on it, especially if you operate in the EU or California.
What we collect
- Account info — the email address you sign up with, and the products and target prices you choose to track.
- Alert preferences — the channels you ask us to notify (email, Discord, Telegram, SMS) and the contact handle for each.
- Usage data — basic, mostly anonymous analytics (pages viewed, device type) to keep the product working and improve it.
- Payments — if you subscribe, payments are processed by Stripe. Vigil does not store your full card details.
How we use it
We use your information to run the price-tracking service, send the alerts you've asked for, process subscriptions, and improve Vigil. We do not sell your personal information.

Some links on Vigil are affiliate links. When you click them, the destination retailer (or its affiliate network, such as Amazon, Booking.com, CJ Affiliate, Impact, or Skimlinks) may set cookies to attribute a purchase. Third parties we rely on
Vigil uses Supabase (data), Stripe (payments), and messaging providers (Discord, Telegram, email/SMS delivery) to operate. Each processes data only to provide its service to us.
Your choices
You can update your tracked products and alert channels at any time, unsubscribe from any alert, or request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us through vigildrop.com.
